Has anyone here upgraded high school Math courses after being out of high school for a long time? I want to go back to school, but need to upgrade courses first. Math is one that I am a bit worried about as I have been out of high school now for like 9 years...lol. I just want to upgrade my grade 12 math to a better mark, but hoping it's not too dependent on previous years, and that I'll be able to pick it up okay. It's not that I was ever bad at it or had trouble with it, I just never applied myself as much as I could have back then (I'm sure others have had that same problem...lol)

I've been thinking about going back to school next year myself, I've been having a helluva time finding decent work lately, so I think it's time for something new. I'm gonna avoid anything where I have to re up any of my high school courses though I think. I'll have been out of school for 13 years by that point. I don't think I remember anything other than my old history classes.

I've done quite a bit of research already. Figure I would ask here also since it can't really hurt. Thanks.

I know a few people that work for Cenovus and love it. Both at Pelican Lake and Christina Lake. Seem like a good company and is definitely growing. Thinking of going there myself very shortly.

About 7 years ago I wanted to go back to school and needed Bio 30 as a prereq. I don't know how upgrading specifically works, but I was able to take Bio 30 at Outreach High School in St Albert. You pay for the course, get your text book and go through modules. You can do them pretty much on your own schedule and you drop of assignments and do the exams. They have teachers there to help explain stuff to you, but it is self directed learning overall. I didn't have too many Q's about Bio because it's all memorization, but when I did they were definitely helpful.

I was only out of school maybe 3-4 years at that point, but it had been at least 6 since I took Bio

Might be what you are looking for

So today my hard drive on my xbox has stopped working and a suggestion that I got from Microsoft was to reformat it which would mean loosing over 100 GB of stuff or find a local game store that will transfer my stuff.

So does anybody know of any local game stores that might be able to help me?

Edmonton Rush season just started, finals rematch against the Rock. 4-2 Rush in the first, including a goal from 1st overall pick Mark Matthews.

The Rush look like they have the same problems as last year. They start off strong but can't defend their big leads.

Tried to take my daughter to the blue jays meet and greet but it was just too much of a zoo and I'm not trying to make my infant daughter wait in line for 3 hours.

Jays are well supported here, nice to see.

Hey guys sorry about my last post started about jerseys, it seemed to offend a moderator because i copied the link wrong, I wasn't trying to be a spammer or advertising like craiglist. just trying to find a site someone has ordered a jersey from that was cheap. I was told to not use the keyword cheap on google and instead use wholesale and that did seem to get me a lot of differrent places that look legit so again i ask has anyone ordered something from this site before?

http://www.nhljerseyswholesale.net/e...sey-p-644.html

i am sure its a knockoff but for 30 bucks it caught my eye. any input?

I'm so bad for this, but the only thing I noticed in that clip is how attractive all of the anchor and weather women were.

I'm going to Vegas over Super Bowl long weekend and now with hockey back on does anyone who's been to Vegas before know any places that show NHL games or Oiler games that are on or near the strip?

Let me get this straight, you are going to vegas and are worried about the Oiler games?

You bet if I'm having a few pops I might as well do it at a place that show's hockey.

edit: Besides an Oiler game only fills 2.5 hrs out of 24 anyhow.
