Jets could be catching a huge break after todays win. Looks like Gronkowski broke his forearm today so he won't be playing v. the Jets Thursday night. Aaron Hernandez also didn't play today and I doubt he is but he could be out Thursday night as well.
Sanchez looked good today especially when the offensive line gave him time. Special teams still needs a ton of work but the team as a whole played well today. A win Thursday would be huge because looking ahead, their schedule is a joke. Obviously a tough task but they've played NE tough once already, hopefully they can do it again this week.
Could be the Islanders complex. I watch my fair share of Islanders games, ya know, when hockey is being played, and they play at 50% intensity of what they bring against the Rangers. Tale of two teams.
Doesn't help that the Giants play to their competition like no other team I've ever seen. Which is great against great teams, and horribly frustrating against poor teams.
To be fair that has alot to do with the fact that if we played the Isles every day PA Parenteau would break Wayne Gretzky's record of 92 goals in a season.
Now that he's off the Isles it's back to just worrying about Tavares and hopefully things will get easier.
Just looking at the schedules the Giants are in deep ****.
They have Green Bay, New Orleans who hasn't lost since the year of the flood, trips to Atlanta and Baltimore (), and the Eagles which is an easy game for anyone else, that's our own doing. When a trip to Washington (a divison game) is by far your easiest game you're in a brutal stretch
The Cowboys have the Bengals which is a very winnable game, Washington twice: they should win one of those, the Eagles which as I alluded to is an absolute joke for 30 NFL teams, the Steelers who don't have a Quarterback, and the Saints which is really their only tough game.
Here's hoping the Cowboys just decide to not show up against a bad team like we did against the Bengals.

Even though the Eagles haunt our dreams, their team has been so decimated by everything that I now firmly believe that we will win that game along with the Washington one. The Ravens are also terrible, I'd be irate if we lose to them.
Atlanta, New Orleans, and Green Bay are an entirely different monster. Based on our history and matchups, Atlanta is probably the easiest team we play amongst those three. 0 defense aside, the Saints ALWAYS shred us into pieces.

redskins are gonna be scary for the next few years. rg3 is definetly legit and that guy morris at running back aint no slouch either. you wouldnt think a running qb would have such a great arm but he can really throw the ball. combine that with his speed and thats a scary combo for opposing defenses.

RG III will be Vick'd in a few years. He takes way, way too many hits and already has had injury problems.
lol here comes the tebow chant. mangold is really the only guy worth a damn on that o-line. maybe ferguson too. they need to just use tebow already. what's the point of bringing him on the team if your barely gonna use him at all. it's just like the giants with wilson.
