1) Complimentary third liner that can fill in admirably in a top six role, good for defensive play and putting up 40 - 50 points a year.
2) Shifty, good hands, great shot, a bit soft, not great defensively, awesome on the PP, smaller guy.

4) Similar playing styles, you can tell Reimer was a student to Giguere in his time here by their style of play.

2) Kadri plays with a lot more edge than Versteeg ever has, and he's also not afraid to go to the dirty areas. I don't consider Kadri gritty by any means, but he's definately not soft (Grabo, Kessel, Steeg, etc). Rest of the comments are fair, though Kadri probably has better vision.
5) You're entitled to your opinion, but that's not even close. Steckel is good at only two things, taking faceoffs, and hitting people. Colborne is not particularly good at either, but is a far better hockey player in general.

2) Agreed about the chippiness, forgot to note that. I was focusing more on offensive abilities.
5) Steckel doesn't use his huge frame, that's my problem with both him and Colborne. I have more problems with Big Joe, but let's not get into them, lol.
