RB
Mikel Leshoure (DET) vs. Minnesota
or
Vick Ballard (IND) vs. Jacksonville
WR
Brandon Marshall (CHI) vs. Houston
or
Julio Jones (ATL) vs. New Orleans
I like Leshoure but if Brown's out Thursday night (which is looking likely) then I'd go with Ballard. Bell just eats into Leshoure's workload a little too much for my taste. I know Marshall's been a beast this year but I think you gotta factor in the matchups here and go with Julio.
Cam Newton against Denver or Freeman against San Diego?
I know Freeman's been much better of late but I think you still gotta go with Cam.

Should I even consider starting Big Ben @ KC over Brees @ ATL .. ?
The Eagles are a mess right now, so I'd actually go with Moore. Both Ds should be good starts this week, but I'd lean Miami. And no, I think you gotta go with Brees.

Forte's a lock. I'd actually go with Spiller next. There was talk following their loss to Houston about how they need to get Spiller more involved, so I expect a good game from him.
Luck's been great lately, and this is a juicy matchup, so I'd go with him.

Dwyer's splitting carries and is the less healthy of the two, so unfortunately I think you gotta go with Boldin. DJax is the best option of the three.

The way Ponder's been playing I actually like the Lions D quite a bit this week. I'd take the Ravens next in that Oakland is looking at a combo or Jones/Reece in the backfield, meaning the Raiders will likely be losing, and passing a lot. I could see Baltimore easily getting a few picks. I'd rank Philly last simply because there's such little chance they keep Dallas to a real low point total, and they're just a mess in general. Not to mention their D is nearly last in the league in terms of fantasy points scored.

Also it the rotoworld message board still down for everyone else?
Yep. Friggin sucks. I knew I read through those forums a lot, but had no idea how much until they got hacked. I don't know how it takes a week for them to sort that out, but hopefully they get it figured out soon. It's really a great resource.
I think you gotta go with Luck. I'd definitely go Dez and Bowe. Dez practiced today so he's the best start of the bunch. And I know Bowe hasn't had a great year, but he's still a very talented WR whereas Amendola has a tough matchup (and it's his first game back), and Wright hasn't even really had one big game all year.
Is Danny Amendola definitely good for this week? I have Harvin and Brown hurt and Little on BYE so I need a WR. And the waivers for the week process tonight.
I've seen conflicting reports from he will be back, to he should be back, to game time decision.
My other options are Wright and Kerley. But I really want Amendola if its a sure thing he plays.
Defense. NYG against Cincy or NE against BUF. Can't really go wrong with either, but I don't think I can sit the Giants defense right now
I really like the Pats D this week, but like you said, the Giants D has just been far too good lately to sit. Not only that but the Bengals have actually given up more points to Ds this year than the Bills.

All signs point to him being a go, although it's not a great matchup. If you like him much more than Wright and Kerley, then I'd roll with him barring a setback. That being said, I'm not a fan of starting guys coming off injury who haven't gotten full practices in, so I'd actually go with Wright. Also, not sure if you have room on the roster or a guy you can drop, but I like Emmanuel Sanders quite a bit this week. Great matchup, and no Antonio Brown. Not sure he's a whole heck of a lot better than Wright or Kerley, but might be something to consider.

I like Hilton. He's had some good weeks and gets quite a few targets.

Those are solid options in a deep league. I really like Ballard tonight. I know Brown's gonna try to play, but I see Ballard getting the vast majority of the work there. Following Buffalo's loss to Houston there was talk of them having to get Spiller more touches. Well that's probably gonna mean less for FJax. Not to mention they'll likely be losing and thus not in a position to run all that much. I'd go Ballard.
