Both Colbourne and Kadri look like they will be busts at the NHL level. Frattin will play as he can really skate and shoot. I like Frattin's determination to use his size and drive to the net, this will serve him well as he doesn't have the puck skills to get too fancy.
Now this statement even looks more ridiculous and stupid than it did a few hours ago..
I've noticed how their passing is quite brutal at times.
A 15 foot pass and they can't get it to the stick.
They could easily have another 6-8 great scoring chances if their passing was better.
You seem to notice the negatives in most situations don't you? The Marlies won 6-1, and Kadri and Gardiner combined for 6 points. They aren't Crosby and Lidstrom, they aren't going to play flawless games.. Try to focus on the positives rather than harping on all the negatives all the time.

For everyone worrying about Brad Ross ice-time. He will not get big-time minutes until he proves to Eakins in practice/games that he can take that next step. Ross isn`t expected to be on the NHL team next year so we can take our sweet time developing him. Remember that D`Amigo in his first PRO year didn`t get a ton of ice either. The Marlies are trying to win games while developing prospect like Colborne, Kadri, D`Amigo, Frattin, Ashton etc. When those guys start to graduate from the ranks, McKegg/Ross will be looked upon more heavily. As long as they work extremely hard during the year, chip in a bit, learn how to be a professional and use this experience in the off-season to be even better next year is all that counts . They are not blue-chip prospects so at this point a wait and see attitude with patience is the best mentality.
