There likely won't be any comments until it's made official. I can't see why it would be a problem for the players to be moved to Toronto. If it was Buck could calm them down pretty quickly I'm sure.

I'd imagine he is the leadoff without a doubt. I haven't buckled down for a full MLB season for a long time, it's happening in the upcoming season.
