Confirm. With the adding to our D core in a previous trade and losing a great player in Perry we thought it ideal to move out Hammer for Filip Forsberg.

It's 'Staal' Good!

Jordan Staal

Tomas Hertl
Brady Skjei
Freddie Hamilton
Taylor Doherty
Michal Handzus
1st + 3rd

The San Jose Sharks have decimated our prospect pool, but we are overjoyed adding recently acquired Marc Staal's brother Jordan! Jordan is a big, talented center who displays excellent 2-way ability and is a Stanley Cup winner. We also traded Michal Handzus which is a small, morale victory

Oilers confirm.

Giving up eberle hurts deeply. but this is a game and you play with your head not your heart. and my head told me to uograde my D which is did substantially. subban fits in with the current age group of our team, burrows adds alot of grit to our top 6 abd sutter is a top 3rd line cenrer.

Very hapoy with this

Big Things 'Bruin' in San Jose!

Milan Lucic
Ryan Spooner
Jared Knight

Logan Couture
Sean Kuraly

The San Jose Sharks have made their second major transaction of the day bringing in the baddest dog in the yard, Milan Lucic! We feel like we had to change the reputation of the San Jose Sharks. We wanted to get bigger, we wanted to get meaner, and we want to be that team that your team hates playing against. Milan's Stanley Cup experience will also be a huge benefit to our squad. We are also happy to add 2 great prospects after depleting most of our pool in the Staal deal.

It was very regrettable that we moved Logan Couture, as we know he is a tremendous young player and we wish him all the best in his career. We would like to thank Boston for their part in getting this deal complete.

More or less the final roster. I wouldn't mind improving my bottom pairing defense but I don't envision making many more moves.

Chris Stewart on the block. Looking for a cheaper 3rd or 4th liner and a back-up goalie.

Confirm. We'd like to thank Danny for his several years of service, but the org feels that his best is behind him. We'd happy to get solid return for him and thank the Rangers for an easy transaction.
