He needs to show Voracek how to train (if he hasn't already). Considering they're both from the same hometown, have played together in the WC and in Philly, and are said to have similar styles of play.

I was born in the same city as bobby ryan. I'm also right handed and play hockey. I also like to dangle and do spin moves. Anyone have his number so I can hit him up and ask for exclusive training?

I'm guessing that all the older guys who are still playing are able to play because of these crazy workout schedules.

Did you also make the NHL and play in the same team as Ryan?

before every practise he's explaining why he's doing that ...

the vest weights 20kg

the weights on his legs weight 2kg

the pucks he's using for shooting weight 1,25kg (during summer he shoots with this pucks 400-500x every training and during season 150-200x every training)

He also talked a lot about having never smoked or drank alcohol and always having a healthy diet. He understood that his body was his job. Like him or hate him...he had the physical aspect of this sport down.

The other side of him...the personal side...different story.

One of the hardest working hockey players — pretty impressive how seriously he takes his training despite his age and talent level.

This man is a legend. He is still training hard and knows what's required.

Lol, Aucoin seems to have missed that very important part. Plus, why would anyone want work ethic training from Bobby Ryan?

I'm pissed off that Bergevin didn't sign this legend. Just imagine Jagr and Galchenyuk sharing the same hotel room on the road. Jagr farting when they're sleeping and Galchenyuk inhaling the greatness from his farts.

Jagr made another video - first half of the vid is about working out in the gym, the other half is about certain on-ice aspects of the game: deking, skating, shooting. Especialy the wrist shot part at the end of the video is absolutely sick, I wish I had such strength in my wrists lol.

Much like Gretzky, put importance of growing the sport before serving themselves.
