No, but roster should look like this:

F:

Nicolas Aube-Kubel
Daniel Audette
Mathieu Ayotte
Benjamin Bohemier
Matthew Cusson
Alexandre Delisle-Houde
Nicolas Hebert
Julien Nantel
Alexis Pepin
Francis Perron
Anthony Richard
Nicolas Roy

D:

Julien Bahl
Alexandre Carrier
Olivier Leblanc
Loik Leveille
Raphael Maheux
Carl Neil
Jeremy Roy

G:

Keven Bouchard
Alex Bureau

Solid D. Small offense.

It's not a very impressive roster....

Both Roy are 97's yes but they're better than several players on that roster.

And yes not an impressive roster, especially on offense.

I figured that the Roy's would be in. Solid players that will help the team. Is Vanier (95) eligible? I think Deslauriers will be there. He was named "most professional" at the camp as per the HQ website.

Like I said, the official roster hasn't been announced yet. That's only a guess and I forgot Vanier was a '95.

Atleast our 97's are strong.

How would you rank the 4 Canadian teams in the tourney? IMO Ontario, Quebec, Pacific and Atlantic

I'd go with:

Ontario
Pacific
Atlantic
Quebec

I think this year is a really bad year for us, and team Atlantic is actually really good. Noel, Deschenes and McDonald will truly carry their team, Highmore should make a big impact aswell.
