I'm probably in the minority here, but I went with Streit.

Averaged 52 points in the last 3 season on a weak offensive team in the Islanders is really impressive.

Yandle, then we can start adding the Chara's and Weber's and Pietrangelo's.

The poll is asking us to rank the best OFD right now. Right now, Yandle is better than Keith offensively.

ow about the guy HF voted the #2 D-man in the NHL???

Honestly those results are pretty arbitrary when it comes to this due to a couple reasons... 1) HF is not a collective mind and the people voting now aren't the ones voting before ... 2) HF in and of itself is a living breathing contradiction (see Eberle being higher than OEL in the 25 and under polls, but losing to OEL in the who would you rather have polls) 3) more value is placed on defense... guys like Chara are Weber voted high because HF values defense (and phyiscality) a lot more than offense... and 4) Weber just isn't the next best offensive defenseman and if you really are basing it off previous poll rankings than thats not very sound logic... guys like Streit may not have the shot that Weber has, but he has a great offensive mind for the game and is a much better passer and playmaker and more creative than Weber
