I am not a Brian Burke fan, and I know that he doesn't read this forum (I would imagine), but I apologize to Brian Burke on behalf of all Sens fans for the classless actions of one.
The immaturity on this board saddens and embarrasses me sometimes.
of all people. The amount of posters I've seen you call an idiot or otherwise belittle makes this comment simply astounding.
Also, I've done something similar with Milbury. I was in the player parking lot and I saw him walking out, I walked up and then shook his hand whilst saying "thanks for Spezza." I nodded, smiled, turned and walked away.

I'm laughing pretty hard but I agree with internetdotcom to an extent. Though I doubt it phased Burke at all.
Still, good job. He probably did think you were a Habs fan. I can just picture him waving and then getting told he sucks and his facial reaction just completely changing.
Nothing wrong with saying the Leafs suck to Burke, it wasn't a personal attack on him. Not sure why people are getting upset here.

Exhibit A as to how hockey doesn't matter on ESPN:
Last night an ESPN program was discussing how the Detroit Pistons needed a hero citing the heroes on the Detroit Tigers, Detroit Lions and no mention of the Detroit Red Wings. All this despite the Red Wings probably being the most succesful team in Detroit right now.
