Rachal quit

Got demoted and left the team ,,

Quote:
vaughn mcclure‏@vxmcclure23

According to multiple sources, Chilo Rachal became upset after being demoted for Chris Spencer, couldn't handle it, and just left.
And that little confrontation on sidelines with Marshall and unnamed players

Apparantly he got in face of Webb/Carimi/Rachal and chewed them out thus why Garza was seen walking Marshall away

Quote:
vaughn mcclure‏@vxmcclure23

Marshall said the rest of the line has to get to Garza's and Louis' level.
Oh and Tice basically thru Campbell under bus by telling media he "Prays that Cutler will be back soon"

Absolute mess at Halas Hall right now

I do agree with Marshall/Tice though

Garza/Louis have been solid at C/RG ,, Problem is we have no LT/RT/LG

Then who plays RT? Brown could be tried there but we still have Webb sucking at LT in that scenario

He is still good but no longer elite. Still a potential upgrade for the Bears.

Then who plays RG?

Louis is playing well at RG this year it would make line worse to move him to RT (He was ok but not great there last year) and stick in a new piece at RG

You mean O Henry Melton as in, 38 plays from scrimmage-0 sacks, 0 tackles and 0 assists.

Just taking up space I'd say.

Nah I am talking about Henry Melton as in

32 tackles
5 sacks (#2 in NFL for DT ,, #1 in NFC)
2 FF (#2 in NFL for DT ,, #1 in NFC)
Near top of NFL for QB pressures from DT

If you think one bad game ,, A game in which entire defense played terrible is how to judge Melton well then you have very high standards

And in NFL news

Quote:
Jim Trotter ‏@SI_JimTrotter
BREAKING: Jim Harbaugh has informed Alex Smith that Colin Kaepernick will start Sunday, per source. Said decision not based on health.
Alex Smith is gonna have no confidence now

Gonna assume Smith is gone after season

Is this about Smith/Kap?

If so it is pretty rare to see a QB benched with stats like this

152-217 (70% comp pct ,, #1 in NFL)
1,731 yds
13 TD
5 INT
104.1 Rtg
6-2 record as starter (Tie was game he started but Kap finished most of)

Clear that Harbaugh doesn't want him as his QB

Expect Kaepernick to take the job completly or get destroyed. Nothing in the middle is possible.

Melton is one of the best DTs in the NFL this year so far.

Rachal is stupid. Never wanted him and never liked him. Hope Brown gets a chance to play LT or LG. Wanted to see what he can do since we got him as UDFA

12 weeks into the season and we still don't have our offensive line set....

We'll sneak into the playoffs, but no Super Bowl.

Rachal comes back to the Bears.

I wouldn't take him back, you quit, jog on and have fun with yourself.

Chris Williams played fine at LG last year

I dont understand why he was never given chance there again after losing to Webb the LT battle... And then got released

Williams showed more at LG then Spencer/Rachal have

Houston D without Cushing , Joseph and Reed

They are getting very little pressure on Stafford and there CB Ball cant cover Johnson (And he dropped an easy INT in endzone)

i missed the first quarter, but so far lions d line looks good, their secondary, not so much. Texans d looks like unadulterated garbage. on top of injuries, their confidence is probably shaken after giving up almost 40 to the jags led by henne

Probably true

I dont get why Wade Phillips hasn't taken Ball off of Johnson yet

He cant cover him at all
