Does anyone know where I can listen to Phil Esposito's speech after game four of the summit series? Does anyone have it? Thanks!

did he really return to the ice to say this? that's what the cbc summary says.
i've seen this interview before but i was too young to see it live. its pretty incredible if he actually went to the dressing room and then came back on to the ice to speak his mind.

can anyone clarify this?

Thanks Tretiak, I appreciate it.

Chili--that was actually the link that caused me to ask the question. I thank you for your efforts though.

I think he came back to the ice to do an interview and ended up using it as a medium to blast the fans.

It was at the end of the game in Vancouver and Phil was the star of the game for the Canadians. That's how he got to do that speech. Classic one though. Still the most famous rant even over Gretzky's Salt Lake interview!

The fans boo'd them because of their effort or shall I say lack of effort! I remember one player sit on one of the Russians in the face off circle and was quite satisfied to do so for over 10 seconds. The Canadians slashed, hooked, and most every retarded act they could think of. The only thing they did not do was work hard and SKATE!

I was one of the people that made my feelings ring out at the effort at the PNE that night. Their play really made me feel sick. Espo reacted on TV, the fans reacted during the game. I really think it was the fans that got screwed that night.
