Alexei Mikhnov

how has the move gone for him, from Sibir to Yaroslavl?

Seems like his offensive numbers have picked up, 7 pts in 13 games or so www.hockeydb.com says. No goals though.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks a bunch

I am sure playing on the same line with Kryukov and Antipov definitely hasn't hurt him. Antipov is the top scorer in the league - on and off this season. Kryukov is having his best year since being drafted and should definitely be picked up by Buffalo next summer. He is playing like the 1st round pick that he was. Mikhnov really benefited from not being the golden boy any more. He's big - but there is only so much of that crap you can take on a team that doesn't have any other stars. Yes he was in a slump, yes it was his problem - but he also was the main guy who was closely watched by the opposition. He fit in quite nicely in Loko.
