I think I've seen the entire western conference.
I think that's it.
The first game I ever saw was at Montreal's old Forum, featuring the visiting Black Hawks with Bobby Hull and Stan Mikita. A cool memory to have in my skull. Since then I've seen every Original Six and Secondary Six multiple times, and have seen almost all expansions except the Avs, Wild, Blue Jackets, Preds, plus one glaring omission for a long-time Habs fan: I don't think I ever saw the Nordiques live.
NHL Regular Season:
Toronto @ Ottawa

Ottawa x2
Florida (Speedy Bure breakaway)
Pittsburgh (Crosby return to Halifax)
World Hockey Championships in Halifax
World Juniors in Halifax
Halifax Mooseheads many many times and all of their opponents throughout the years
NHL: Edmonton,Anaheim, Toronto and Ottawa
WHL: Edmonton and Calgary

Exhibit A as to how hockey doesn't matter on ESPN:
Last night an ESPN program was discussing how the Detroit Pistons needed a hero citing the heroes on the Detroit Tigers, Detroit Lions and no mention of the Detroit Red Wings. All this despite the Red Wings probably being the most succesful team in Detroit right now.

Florida Panthers (2x)
New Jersey Devils

I've been going to Stars games since 96. Haven't ever seen them play outside of Dallas (that will eventually change).
Stars
Predators
Kings
Ducks
Sharks
Yotes
Wings
Hawks
Canadiens
Panthers
Wild
BJ's
Philly
Boston (if you have a chance to see Dallas play them you're guaranteed a great game).
Vancouver
Blues
Sens
Atlanta
Edmonton
Flames
I'm sure I'm forgetting some. I know that I haven't ever seen: Tampa, Carolina, Devils, Rangers, Jets and the Islanders.
I've seen all of the WHL teams at one time or another, except for Victoria. Used to have season tickets with the Winterhawks.
I've seen the Guelph Storm and Val-d'Or Foreurs (Memorial Cup 1998)
Caught a few BCHL games quite a few years back when I was traveling up there.
I'm pretty sure that's it tbh. No NHL or AHL teams near Portland, except for way-too-expensive Vancouver and a-little-too-far-away San Jose. Suppose I could take a trip to Abbotsford sometime.
