how does the offseason work? my league is about to go into the first years offseason and im just kinda wondering what to expect. anybody gone through this care to share?

Check out the advance schedule posted in the Bluth offseason thread. Should give you an idea.

(there might be more advances in there than he allows for--he's double-advancing through a few).
