Ronaldo and Messi! My Spurs team in career mode has those two on the wings, my created player up front with Bale and Walker at LB and RB. Fun team to play with. Scary fast.
I never know who to use on Career mode. I still have my Real Madrid one that I started way back on release day and I'm liking it but I kinda wanna start another one too. I was thinking about using PSG or Chelsea if I want to do another high budget team. I was also thinking about doing a not as rich team like Celtic. Anyone have a suggestion for a team that's not a rich European giant but still has a decent transfer budget?
Also, if I wanted to get the increase of transfer funds from the EASFC but I have more than one saved career mode, how does it decide which one it uses it on? Would it be the last one I played?
I prefer doing careers with the smaller teams i.e. English League 1/2, Allsvenkan or Tippeligaen teams first then see which bigger teams offer me contracts at the end of the season
Start a manager mode, when you are at the option of chosing which team you want, press Triangle (Or "Y"), it will allow you to substitute teams. Pick Galatasaray and build them up from the Npowerchamp to the Barclays PL. They got a good transfer budget, so you can remodel the whole squad to your own personal liking
My most fun one to this day has been taking Coventry City from League 1 to the champions league. Did the financial takeover in the start and used the majority of my money on scouting. Then signed one or two 70 OV players that were free agents at the start of my second season. By season 4 my entire team is 80 OV or above, and is made up of players i either developed from my academy or the 3 or 4 that I signed that were young with high skill/potential.

Both. Primarily play. The first season i could kind of coast through as I had better players (99 ov created player in League 1 is fun) but as i progressed I had to play pretty much every game, especially in the Prem. However, as I've gotten better players I can sim some, and then play the harder games, ie CL, Chelsea, Spurs, Aresnal, ManU, Man City etc

But what's the point playing galatasaray in england though? Lol

Just to have a pre-made squad with a good budget instead of doing the Financial Takeover, you do it naturally with a clubs own financial budget. Its hard to get in the PL with a 2Million budget (imo)

I like putting Mexican, MLS, Brazilian and Korean teams into the English system, just so they have a chance of getting into the Champions League + Europa League.
I once put Santos in the Irish league to see how they'd do.
Try Galatasaray in the NPowerChamp and get them promoted/qualify for CL
I ended up doing this for my new career mode. Made a few transfers so far.
Bought CB Kaboul, 79 overall with a potential of 82 from Tottenham.
Bought CM Vilhena, 66 overall with a potential of 84 from Feyenoord.
Bought ST Roux, 77 overall with a potential of 81 from Lille.
Got LW Sterling, 69 overall with a potential of 84 on a full season loan from Liverpool with a future fee of $2.4 million.
Went 2-1-0 in my three friendlies. Played my first game in the Capital One Cup and beat York City 3-0. Now the NPowerChamp season is ready to begin.
