Screw it, all in on the Giants. If they win, I got 5772. If they lose, just another reason for me to hate them.
As a Cowboys fan, idk whether to cheer for them or not. I'm betting on whatever team Im cheering for, but either way the outcome isn't good for us lol.
As someone who works in the same kind of business I would disagree with you but....
they screwed up pretty hard
But what? I work at a Tim Horton's. Trust me. I know. It's not very easy to **** up that bad. I mean.. And the people in the mornings are even worse and they've been there for over 6 years..

That's not what happened. It's just you get into this flow and people don't even pay attention to if it's coffee or not and put the cream and stuff in and then just pour coffee. Idiots I tell you.

the but was continued after the other quote, they just screwed up really bad.
And not to sound mean, but for those working there in the mornings, there is usually a reason that they are there and not somewhere else, but not always. Someone at my work has been an accountant in the past but she didn't like it, she enjoyed working at fast food (weird, I know) and her husband has a good job so he said for her to just do what she is happiest with.
Your first problem was going to Tim Hortons. Seriously. They suffer the same problems with McDonalds. They prioritize getting food out as quickly as possible that they overcompromise on customer service.
I remember ordering a "black coffee" once (it's as simple as it gets -- you literally poor the coffee into a cup, no milk\sugar\etc), and later on when I started drinking it, it was just hot water... Also, instead of the "Hi, how can I help you, with a big smile...", I get "What do you want". And they don't even tell me the price! I have to look off the cash register.
I remember saying that I prefer Starbucks (or anywhere else actually, since anywhere else has better customer service), and one of my friends was like, "But you are Canadian..."

Another reason why I hate patriotism.
At this location, they're excessive with the "Hello how are you", it's annoying (I'm nice, but you'd have to see it haha).
No Starbucks near this tims (I was going to school), so no other options really. Also, Tim's steeped tea is unreal (Bert can attest), and Starbucks tea blows.
Ordered my usual double-double steeped tea from Tims this morning - they gave me a coffee instead, and I was on the go so I didn't realize right away.
Safe to say I am disappointed, and not sure how anyone drinks coffee.
Recently quit drinking coffee (it make me sweat ruthlessly ) and have transferred to steeped tea from Timmy Ho's. Give two milk one sugar a go, it's delicious.
I remember one time going through the drive through I said "steeped tea" but I kind of mumbled my words, and I got my drink, started driving away... could smell the coffee. I go to do a u-turn, and I'm usually a very cautious driver- but this threw me off, and I start going (I was in the left lane but the turning lane was beside me now) and a car flies up beside me. Needless to say, I almost got seriously injured (or seriously injured someone else) because of this very reason.
Tim Hortons should be alerted of this serious problem.

Once I ordered a mocha iced cap, they gave me a ****ing french vanilla... I parked my car, went inside, straight to the washroom and dropped a LETHAL ****. Next day I go back, the washroom was out of order. Wtf is good Timmies?
Ps, it was after I had some chipotle, so da beans had me goin.
I wish basketball was up before I bet all mine on the Giants tonight. I'm confident in the giants, but basketball to me seems like safer games to bet on...
