Nice, we could use you at our condo. The person that wired it must have been drunk. We have light switches that turn on nothing and plugs that don't work. In order to keep the plug on by the sink on, we have to leave the switch on which means we have to plug & unplug the garbage disposal when we want to use it. That and we can only have heat or the doorbell...we opted for heat. Good thing we are only renting.
