I had four starting centers out for at least 20 games.

Right now that has been whittled down to 3.

I haven't had my d-core healthy all year, at one point I had 2 forwards as my bottom pairing on d.

Corey Perry has been hit hard this year. He was injured when I traded for him but was healthy by the time he got here, then got injured in his second game for 8 games, then got injured later for another 34 games. Conveniently though, with 22 games left on my schedule, Perry has 22 games left in his injury.

im open to a restart but only if the rosters get updated with proper potential's for players. But im sure that is the only reason why we would restart.

I am definitely in favor of a restart if they're updating rosters!

Got to play one full block with Grabner. Then lost him to Elbow Surgery for 35 games. Was excited to get him back after this last sim, but apparently he's out for another 36 with a concussion. Also took 30+ game injuries to Okposo and Bailey. Definitely has been brutal.

If we were to restart we might as well finish this season and playoffs first.

And if there will be yet another update, we will restart over again?

It depends on what if anything changes in this update.

I don't really understand this.

Playoffs will take 12 days on our schedule, minimum. We can cover 1/4 of the new season in that time if we restart.

Well, at the moment, there are only a handful a meaningful real-life prospects who are draft eligible, and many key prospects are severely underrated. Presumably a future update would be more about tweaking the ratings of existing players, and thus less of a change.

The new rosters are a potential game-changer for a few franchises.

This bottom line is exactly the reason why I would want to restart.

Yes, we may see Edmonton and Calgary lose Bartschi, but the total impact of the update could mean much greater things.

Seth Jones would be in the update which means a legitimate 1/2 punch with Mackinnon.

Then there would be Aaron Ekblad as a consensus #1 pick the next draft, and Connor McDavid in the draft after that.

Those two kids have "franchise" potential in real life, and have been added to the game as 4.5 Star prospects.

The first 3 drafts actually mean something now, so struggling teams could realistically get a franchise player if they keep their picks.

In a faster paced league like Sitwell, this update is huge.

Many deals were made based on poor prospect ratings/potentials, useless 1st round picks and many other reasons that could potentially be adjusted with this update.

Your OHL bias is showing.

Sorry for the bad quality in advance. Apparently I'm not able to save highlights with a 4GB hard drive

This was an OT winner vs. Boston last night. Sorry Booty... lol.

The funniest part was I got the puck with Phaneuf at the point and hesitated shooting it... then just buried it... lol. Too bad the commish simmed while we were playing and the game never counted anyway. Beat him 4-1 in the sim tho so all good.

So from what I can see it was just server maintenance, no updated rosters or anything else significant. Looks like were out of luck on that one.

Yup.

Hopefully the connections will be better. I've been experiencing more lag over the past week than at any previous point.
