lg g3 phone a good buy?

Been thinking of buying the lg g3 since its cheaper now.
To current users or ppl who have owned the lg g3 in the past, how's your experience with it.

I've read some good reviews and some not so good ones. My main concern is does the g3 overheat like crazy when using the camera, watching YouTube or playing games for over an hour (ie. Clash of clans)

I heard the battery life is fantastic, which is more than I can say for the catastrophe that is my K3 Note.

I have the G2, it's really good. Upgrading to a G4 soon.

I've been borrowing my brothers for a few weeks and I love it, but I don't play games or youtube for that long. I use GPS a lot and it never gets hot. And as said, the battery life is great. Especially on standby.

I've been using one since release and I can honestly say it's the first smartphone I've owned that doesn't feel obsolete or old approaching 1.5 years of usage.
Battery life is good, tap to unlock and the position of volume buttons are it's best features imo. Also it's remarkably durable.

I've had a G3 since February and haven't had any issues with it. Battery life is amazing and no overheating issues with youtube or games.

I have it and love it.
Battery is the low point for me, but then again, I've never liked Iphones, so maybe I'm expecting more (I had Note II before).

G4 is dropping in price quickly, and the camera is a huge step up if you can afford it. Otherwise, G3 is a solid phone, too.

I also have the G3 and as long as you don't drop it into the toilet it's a fantastic phone.

I've had the G3 since this spring. It's a great phone. Battery life is still better than most current flagships and the performance is comparable - smartphones have really plateaued. I've never had it overheat doing anything. I could write more, but it sounds like you've read enough reviews.

I've had one for a year now thanks to near-universal praise...absolutely no complaints from me. I've never had any heating issues with it (at all) and the battery life is good for a machine of its caliber.

Had mine since launch day and no phone that has come out has made me want to switch. Plus it's still going to get the Marshmallow update so the phone is going to be even better.

It still has one of the better resolutions on the market. The screen is beautiful.

Mine is still in mint condition thanks to the zagg tempered glass screen protector. A must buy for any smartphone.

I loved my G2. If not for it taking a swim, I'd still be using it.
