It varies lol! Home opener was at 2PM, other games at the Big O were played at 12PM, 2PM, 4PM and 7:30PM.
I went to almost all the games at Saputo Stadium and those were all at 7:30PM minus a couple exceptions: 1 at 7PM, 1 at 8PM and the late August, September and October games were early afternoon.
This upcoming year, there will only be a couple games at the big O (2 or 3 IIRC), all the rest will be at SS. So my guess is it will look the same as last year with most games being at 7:30.

The homeopeners were announced last month with no kickoff times listed, and the full season schedule is rumored to be announced tomorrow(if not tomorrow then very soon)
We know the opener is at the O vs Toronto, but I am very interested in knowing what other game the team deems worthy of being played in front of 60k. Obvious choice would be NY, but who knows...

I would also guess NYRB. LA would be a good choice IMO but the crowd was only there for Beckham and with him gone I really don't think we'd get that big of a crowd for LA.

Yeah Seattle got 4.5 mil for Montero!! I wonder if they invest the cash on a new star DP or renovate their stadium that's already at full capacity, with 38000 seats! Great organisation and awesome fan.
