So I'm confused - am I allowed to congratulate Tim and his wife for going into labor or is that constitute sexual harassment? There wasn't a powerpoint on that subject.
Either you get charged for harrasment, or Tim will never forgive you for not congratulating him and his wife; make your choice.

Well it would be discrimination if you only congratulate his wife...
All my fellow Finns, the TV spectacle we have been waiting for the whole year has finally arrived, turn on your TV and enjoy the thrill of watching our president shake hands for three hours!

Happy independence day! 151 days behind and 196 days ahead in military service, also only 48 days of RUK if I'm correct Too bad we have two forest camps the next following two weeks. Also god damn snow and temperature, and we lost Kirkkis to sissit

In general. I think it's ok to congratulate the parents. But if you try to congratulate the baby itself before birth.. that's harrasment.

RUK? Nooooice. Forest camps are going to suck at this weather though. I've been there, -20C in the middle of the forest is not fun, even if it's warm in the tent. On the plus side though, Riitan Herkku is never going to taste as good again.
