I think the only defenseman more overrated than Suter is Weber.

I'll take Toews and Keith, cheaper and better.

Try adding M.Koivu and P.Kane to the mix to balance it out.

Toews>Parise
Suter>=Keith (Keith's best is better than Suter's)

Toews/Keith

You are underrating Kane imo. Koivu isn't much better than him although Koivu's defensive game is miles better than Kane's.

Toews + Keith > Parise + Suter

Not to mention Parise/Suter haven't played a season together yet.. Remember all the hype about the Nucks when they acquired Mogilny

Mogilny + Bure = OMG!!!!!!!

Keith is better then Suter IMO

Toews is better all around player then Parise and better postseason player

I choose Toews over Parise because he's a center. I choose Keith over Suter because I don't know what Suter is capable of without Weber.

Toews and Keith.

Because Keith has to bounce back after two medicore seasons (compared to he's Norris season), right?

Right?

Keith 09/10 season was a career year (It is clear looking at his offensive production)

2010/11 he struggled badly

But he was good last year and more inline with his regular self ,, Not sure how that is mediocre

I know that it was a few years ago, but how can you pick Parise and Suter who haven't won anything (not that I'm doubting the fact that they're great) over the guys that were #1 and #2 for the Conn Smythe? This was also the same year that Keith won the Norris and Toews was the best forward at the Olympics. I know Keith hasn't quite returned to the Norris-level play, but I mean, absolute best case scenario for the Wild duo is that they accomplished what Toews and Keith already did.

It makes it even more lopsided towards the Hawks combo

I'd take Toews over Parise and Keith over Suter. Suter and Keith are close.

i picked teows and keith. parise is good, but he needs good line mates to be good. he cant carry a line. plus, all of his goals are rebound goals. so he needs people who can get pucks on net to acheive. while teows is more of a balanced player. id take teows and keith any day.

Toews and Keith. Keith and Suter are close, but Toews over Parise.

Toews >>> Parise

Easy choice.

According to HF Weber, Suter, and Rinne are all overrated and yet the Predators are making the playoffs every year. Somewhere along the line somebody on that team has to be good.

What are you talking about? The general consensus here is that Weber is the #1 or #2 defensemen in the league, Rinne is the #2 or #3 goalie in the league and Suter is a top 5 or top 10 defensemen in the league.
