Letang is awesome and I'd prefer him on my team to Keith, but Keith would get the nod due to seniority and chemistry with another lock for the team(Seabrook).

Seabrook would be the 7th D at best, he is not even close to lock. Especially with all the right shooting guys and the tournament being on big ice.

Fair enough. I think Hockey Canada values chemistry highly though, especially in elimination tournament format with limited time for new team mates to become accustomed to each other.
It doesn't really matter all too much, though, as barring some unforseen event, both Letang and Keith wil both make the team.
Doubtful. Seabrook has surpassed Keith in terms of their play.
This, as a division rival I know which one gives our big guns bigger problems. Now Keith could get it back, but he hasn't been the same guy the last couple years. Seabrook has passed him and is much better in his own zone. Given the other guys offensive talents already on the list Seabrook as a big defensive d-man makes sense. I do expect Keith and Seabrook to both be on the team though.

Maybe last season. But that was one season, and it still doesn't mean Seabiscuit is a better choice than Keith on big ice.
Letang should get there too. Then it gets tough who gets there. Remaining RH are better but I think there has to be one more LH even as a 7th dman in a case of injury.
Keith because of chemistry/ where he slots into the line up. As has been said: having Keith and Seabs as a pair allows for instant intimate knowledge/ chemistry between the two players. Makes for a solid pairing.
