I thought I was taller than that

I wouldn't be so sure. I'm quiet large... And at least some of that is muscle (or something other than fat )
I've been gaining weight, but getting fitter, so I definitely seem to be heading the path of Arnold Schwarzenegger

Steccato then The last person I defeated in a physical confrontation was at a quaint little coffee shop against a woman who started walking through the line saying she needs to get to the front because she's in a hurry and did so mumbling something like "people are so retar-ed."

Okay it wasn't a physical confrontation, I tripped her Although to my credit, I did more of a sweeping trip than a normal stick my foot out trip. Does that count?

Welcome to the New York subway. It's a freaking war to get seats. Last week I got elbowed in the back of the head, and saw an old lady get shoved aside...

That's I pretend to be mentally ill from time to time on my university commute so people would give me my space.

For those that live in NYC, this will help.

My top three moves:

1. irregular jaw/biting movement with twist of the head like you're eating a piece of chicken drumstick.
2. look down at the floor with head tilted and flinch often while shaking leg.
3. Put hoodie on and rock back and forth and side to side (clears out possible seaters to my left and right)

That's not toooo bad.

If it's a nice gym, it's worth it. But who I am for saying that It only works if you go plenty.

fake a seizure. God I hate transiting. It's amazing how I've gotten through 8 years of it . I was immature and naive as a child and thought it'd be cool to get a nice car in the range of $45K+ for my first but as I got to around 18 I realized it's not realistic. I got my license late too so I've kind of just gotten used to not driving I saved a fortune on gas, insurance, maintenance and depreciation though. Now I'm looking to get a modest VW Jetta LGI or something. Does anyone drive a lovely car around $25K that you'd recommend?

Yep. I once offered my seat to some lady, then she gave the seat to her son. Wtf is that? He could stand.

Trust me bro you dont need the gym.

It's better to use freeweights as it incorporates more of your muscles as opposed to the machines which only focus on 1 type.

Buy a set of dumbells for like 30-40 bucks. Follow one of the guides on bodybuilding forum involving dumbell excersizes, pushups, different crunches etc.

Realistically you only need the gym for bench press and squats. Even then, you can substitute both with dumbells.

I have now matched my previous record for longest period of time without a smoke at 14 days. So far, so good.

The key for you is to drop the psychopathology of the chain smoking. When you do smoke again, do well to only smoke one or two.

We don't have subways here. We have skytrains and it's really bad. We get prostitutes that pull up their skirts and do a sexy dance around a pole to advertise on Saturday and Friday nights. I've seen one get caught.

I HATE that when it happens. I give my seat up for an older man or woman then they let their misbehaved POS kid sit there.

I think I might take this advice for the first 3 months or so until I want to get into to bench presses, thanks though
