I have no clue why Smith isn't playing today but I guess they thought OT lost to rams not that bad. And like I said his first lost was in OT...........
The Niners can't put teams away anymore though. Even the Dolphins are hanging around today. And they haven't been playing good teams with Kapernick either other than the Bears his first game when he came out of nowhere.
Bears blew today's game. Now I really am a little worried about making the playoffs. Still think they can reel off two wins in the next three weeks. 9-7 might be good enough to make it this year too. We'll see. I'll be at the Bears-Cards game in two weeks. If they can't beat them, they don't deserve the post season.
I still don't understand why you call the play they did on 3 and 1 that was a pick six. Bad call and awful execution. Also our wideouts and tight ends need to learn how to catch the ball. Outside of Marshall of course.

Bears must win 2 games to hope to make playoffs
Infact next week when they lose to Packers ,, A Redskin or Viking win will put Bears out of playoff spot
Almost every scenario of Bears going 1-2 to finish year would see them miss playoffs

Unless Matthews is back and healthy, why do the Bears have to worry? they may be facing the only O-line worse then theirs, against a D-line that is farr from scary. Unless Cutler is out, there no reason they couldnt throw it against the Pack, and Rodgers has been pretty pedestrian lately

Cutler sucks vs Capers D ,, He cant do anything vs Capers
Capers will take away Marshall and the Bears offense as of right now is only Cutler and Marshall
And Bears D is a wreck ,, Cant get any pressure on QB's and Melton/Peppers are playing hurt while Paea is hurt as well
Also Gould is now hurt which means Bears kicking game takes massive hit
Giants. Play like that every week minus the big plays given up on D.
You know they won't. This year's Giants have always played to the level of competition. Awful against bad teams, and very good against good teams. There's no consistency of effort or results.
