sunday night is the only time i ever get that much sleep. what i do is i always wake up by 9 sunday morning no matter what i did and what time i went to sleep the night before. you may feel like **** for a while, but you'll be able to go to bed by 12-1 most nights. it makes mondays and the week in general so much easier to start well rested.

it also helps that my earliest class on mondays is at 11:45...
