Puyol and Xavi for sure. After them I'd say Messi and Pique. Alba is growing on me.
Away from Barça, I'd have to say Javier Zanetti is one. Surprised no one else has mentioned him. Forlan maybe another. Eto'o will always be a Barça legend to me. I suppose Ronaldinho too, but I still struggle with how he fell when he was with Barça. A few other guys out there who I wouldn't mind playing for Barça in the past or the future either, like Lahm in the past.
Falcao, Cavani and Klose, all truly spectacular and consistent goalscorers.
Many of the players I used to like a lot are past their best now, like Totti, De Rossi, Maicon, Stankovic, Lucio or even retired like Materazzi and Cordoba. Then you have guys like Del Piero, Zanetti and Maldini that are impossible not to admire.
The best has always been and will always be this glorious god of a man though:
Tobi Sippel (FCK)
Dominique Heintz (FCK)
Ariel Borysiuk (FCK)
Konstantinos Fortounis (FCK)
Miroslav Klose (Lazio)
Philipp Lahm (FCB)
Mario Götze (BVB)
Sami Khedira (Real)
Stevie Gerrard (LFC)
Jamie Carragher (LFC)
Luis Suarez (LFC)
Use to like Masch at Liverpool, ****ing warrior, but eh, not a favourite anymore.
There's a few I like based on THAT game v Köln in 2008, mainly Josh Simpson and Marcel Ziemer for scoring the important goals, but Axel Bellinghausen was one of the few bright spots of that team, guy always walked his ass off, was sort of disappointed we didn't keep him tbh
