I would really like to see

Huberdeau-RNH-Scheifele

Rattie-Strome-McKinnon

Hudon-Jenner-Danault

Drouin-McNeill-Wilson

That 3rd line would really pissed off other teams first line.

That does look probable but I doubt they split up Mac and Drouin. Probably have them on an offensive minded 3rd line.

If Hudon isn't a lock and they're not giving him a shot to prove himself then that would just be cruel. I'm sure he's on the team.

Ritchie is a lock to make the team as he was a healthy scratch vs UAB. Likely to play wtih Strome.

So far we have Huberdeau, RNH, Scheifele, Strome, Ritchie, Hudon, Jenner, Danault, Rielly, Hamilton, Ouellet, Harrington and Subban as locks for the team. I also think we can pencil in MacKinnon as the 13th forward. He has done really well. Added to all the hype surrouding the kid, no way he doesn't make it to the team.

Spott has mentioned he believes in intimidation at the junior level. So, even though Wilson hasn't played all that well overall, I'd venture to say he's pretty much a lock to make this team. Graovac has done really well on the PK and creating chances offensively with his physical play. I'd say he's in as well. McNeill has done well for himself. All 3 should be part of the checking line.

Huberdeau - RNH - Scheifele
X - Strome - Ritchie
Hudon - Jenner - Danault
Graovac - McNeill - Wilson
MacKinnon

Now we have left fighting for a spot,

Rattie
Monahan
Drouin
Shinkaruk

I think Shinkaruk gets the nod. Older than Drouin. Hunter also has experience at the U18 and has played well at camp.

On D, Rielly, Hamilton, Ouellet and Harrington are locks. As for the stay-at-home guys I think Reinhart has done a better job than Wotherspoon. I think we can put him on the 3rd pair. Then all of Corrado, Sproul and Pouliot have played well. Murphy has had his moments but overall I don't think he has been as good as the other kids. Hard to tell at this time whether or not Spott sticks with him. Ultimately I think he does even though Murphy wasn't the best in camp. Murphy gets the 7th d-man spot and one spot is left for either Sproul, Pouliot or Corrado

Rielly - Hamilton
Ouellet - Harrington
Reinhart - X
X

Murphy
Corrado
Pouliot
Sproul

Coming in Subban was a lock as the n'1 guy. Paterson has pretty much taken the 2nd spot with a great camp so far. He has been good as well for Saginaw this year. Then it's up to Brossoit and Binnington to fight for the extra spot. Right now I'd have Brossoit in.

Subban
Paterson
Brossoit

Anyone know if Pierre McGuire will be calling any WJ games for TSN this year or is he still under contract with NBC? Anyone else miss his commentary and his crazy enthusiasm? haha

To be fair to Pierre, I had the same level of enthusiasm when Tokarski made that save.

Front page of their website right now is Beauvillier being cut from the team. There's a video titled ''Beauvillier retourne à la maison'' on the right side.

I mean it's not like it's should be some shock he was cut, no one had him on the roster. He's a 6th round pick...

I think RDS followed him since the beginning of the camp 'cause he's from the region. I don't think it's a big deal.

Yea, cause I watched the show with Norman Flynn, he was pretty neutral and he didn't seem to be bothered by Beauvillier being cut, he's not as bad as Gaston Therrien, now that's something.

I think the race for the left winger is gonna be won by Drouin, that chemistry with Mack could be useful.

He's a very one dimensional player, good size and skating but plays in a straight line and has no creativity. No way he should have even been invited with this year's team invite Mantha instead.

Looks like Hudon is playing this afternoon, perhaps not 100% lock yet.

Drouin - Danault - Rattie
Hudon - MacKinnon - Ritchie
Shinkaruk - Catenacci - Wilson
Camara - McNeill - Lipon

Reinhart - Carrado
Murphy - Sproul
Wotherspoon - Dumba

I can see them cutting Catenacci and Wilson...After that it gets a bit tougher. It'll be two of the following I think..

Anthony Camara
JC Lipon
Jonathan Drouin
Hunter Shinkaruk

It's too bad, because Drouin and Shinkaruk have played quite good for 17 year olds.

Wilson hasn't been great but I think he still has a good shot. MacKinnon is not a lock.

Didn't say he was a lock, but i personally think it'll be one of the 4 I listed. I guess we'll find out soon though!
