Also I know this has been asked before, but what's up with Mart and his team (Columbus)? He has 31m and didn't sign Anisimov or Brodie.
Are we free to pursue or is he protecting them?
Idk, seems like he doesn't even care for them. But Once Sergei gets back at 5, he'll clear it up.
OT, but Role Models is a good movie except for that ****ty actor from Glee, like hell I could do better.
Well St. Louis isn't supposed to have a pick, it was supposed to be Minnesota's.
Minny was supposed to pick Klimchuk, I was supposed to pick Shinkaruk (but I had Klimchuk ahead of him in my priority for some reason) and you were going to pick whoever was after (I assumed you wanted Mackinnon).

Well... they're RFAs so I mean you could, but they're his property. No reason why you can't pursue them, but there's no reason why he won't just match.
Also, no one is allowed to sign Perry, Liles or Kennedy or Spaling.
However: From here on in, I'm not giving help to people who don't understand how the cap works. If you make a deal and lose players, they're no longer your property when they come back or if they hit waivers (unless of course it's really stupid on the part of EA). I let it slide this year because it's the first year and most of us were learning and we obviously had no idea that Liles and Kennedy and such were gonna go missing, so I can't blame Phion for that, but next year, I can't help anyone out. Also, I agreed to help Phion with the 3 player rule thing since the game ****ed him over after he tried helping the league move forward, so I can't blame him no that account either. So Phion, this rule isn't directed towards you haha just a league-wide notice that now we know, I can't help you out. Ignorance isn't an excuse anymore.
The whole Perry thing I'm siding with NYR. IF Perry had been traded to NYR before and then declined to sign at all, I'd have to agree with leaffan16, but since NYR wasn't the GM negotiating, Perry is his player to negotiate with.
Finally, next sim is tmo at midnight. Gives people a day and half to do their thing, and the weekenders to at least do what they can Sunday evening. I won't be on here until at least 6 or 7 tmo, as I have a Phys. Chem. final at 230. Talk to you then league!
Also... complete the trades in the red on the first page! Communicate with your fellow GMs if it's a player who is to be moved twice and try working something out where he is traded to the FINAL team. (like team 1 trades a 7th plus the player to team 3 for a 7th and then team 2 can trade the final pieces to teams 1 and 3)
