You need a solid ice breaker then to make it not look creepy. Ask her if she's got something you need.. ask her if she has like a green high lighter or something

If you have the book for that class, you should bring it out on the table .. Or check to see if she has the same book, and ask her is that the book for ___ class .. Because you're taking it too? Something along those lines may work
Or .. You could possibly be craving a coffee or a tea, and ask her since she watched you stuff if you could buy her one as gratitude .. Then go get one for you and her, come back and kick start convo from there

After you thank her, ask her if shes in one of your classes, then just compliment her.. Two things girls need diamonds and compliments... Then
If its someone you don't talk to then yeah. If its someone you know then its not creepy. Random guys complimenting you is a creepy thing.
Don't know why , it's not like every time I guy says a compliment to a girl its some kind of flirting or trying to get with them, its just a nice thing to do. When a girl says something nice to me , I take it as a compliment , and don't think its creepy . Even if a guy or old person compliments me its not like they're being creppy .
Those guys talking before the knights game on sportsnet say 'teams all throughout the CHL are benefiting from the NHL lockout, especially Niagara and London'. I can't think of a single player on the Knights wouldn't be on the team if the NHL was happening.
