Televised pre-season hockey

Anyone know know which pre-season games (ANY games - not just Oilers) will be televised? Are these listed somewhere? Link?

I need hockey... I've got the shakes, man...

What are we all gonna do during the hold out(scary)? I hope Sportsnet makes a move for AHL coverage to tide us over incase its a long one.

Major junior hockey springs to mind here as well; especially considering it is much more accessible to more Canadians than any of the professional leagues.

Scary indeed. At least we'll have the WHA to watch. (ha!)

The last preseason Oiler game is on pay-per-view. It's against Cowgary, not sure how much $ though.

If the NHL is on strike next season wouldn't the AHL be on strike too or would they keep playing? If they kept playing and the NHL was on strike the AHL would get tons of fans.

You guys are lucky you get at least one pre-season game.

About the lockout...if it happens of course ...

If it carries on for the full year and past the draft........is there a draft at that time still......or a draft that summer after an agreement is reached...or no draft and next year's draft is that much deeper?

Also with regards to international tournaments. Will players be allowed to represent their countries? I'm thinking insurance for injuries, etc. I could see these tournaments getting big ratings.

About the AHL...yes people would watch it a little bit more but as soon as the NHL comes back, people will forget about the AHL unless they live in one of those markets.

Players whose contracts expire at the end of this season are free to do what they want during the lockout, whethet that be to sign with a euro club or play in tourneys, what have you.

Players still under contract can't play pro hockey anywhere, I don't know about tourneys though.
