In recent years, yes. I believe he is only 12 off this year so it should be his first. TE's generally don't reach that high of reception totals. The only one that comes to mind for me is Gonzalez and I believe Dallas Clark did it once.

I have no approximate dates, I'm sure NFL.com does but usually very late in the season. Normally I see it by a teams 15 or 16 and final game.
