There is a problem with the checkout.

I created an account, then tried logging in as a returning customer but it tells me "Your account is not active". It then asks to complete the "Subscription Payment" but the next page says "Sorry, no upgrades available".

Haven't got a draft guide in years since the Ranger's haven't had a first round pick....but with them finally in the first round again i'll be picking this up. Always go for ISS, for $10 can't really go wrong.

Just got an email from them that it works now after my payment got declined yesterday. Sounds like they had an issue with their checkout system

100% of the proceeds go to Hockey helps the homeless. $10 is well worth it to support an amazing cause.

I think it's a great cause. When I saw it for $10, I thought it was some kind of scam. I usually pay $60, and the last few years I felt ripped off for that amount. But for $10 it's a no brainer. Kinda skeptical about ALL proceeds going to charity, I mean, you have to make some sort of profit for your services and hard work. Especially when they used to charge $60. I have a feeling they were losing customers at that price. Either way, great deal.

For those who have already purchased ISS Hockey's 2017 NHL Draft Guide, is the amount of content the same as previous years or is this a scaled back version for $10?

I didn't buy it last year and for a couple of years before that. I was not expecting much this year as the rankings throughout most of the year were nothing special so I was not expecting a quality product. However, I was most happy to see the rankings this year were top notch (with a few exceptions that every list has) and continued strong throughout their 180 man list. They also got the "we all like quotes" part as they have 3 quotes per player for the 1st round and 2 for the 2nd round. I haven't finished perusing it yet but it is well worth the $10 and I am sure you will be happy with your investment.

Once you've purchased...is the guide mailed to you or can you access it on line?

You can access it from the purchase itself (after the purchase there is a link). Also they email it to you with a link.

Kinda. I think last year was the first year they gave in depth info on only 100 players. I was very upset about that for $60. Same thing this year, in depth info on 100 players, but for $10 bucks it's worth it. They list the top 180 players and top 20 goalies. But only give info on the top 100. Still great value for $10. Back in 2015, I think they gave in depth info on the top 200.

When you purchase it on the website, after the purchase goes through there was a blue link saying "download guide" or something to that effect. Then I received a receipt from HockeyTech Canada. Then I received an email from ISS Hockey a few moments later saying "Your order is complete-download your files".
