Would like to know if JS Giguere is likely to retire to Anaheim when he stops playing.

I would think he would go back to Canada honestly. Both he & his wife have family there. Depends on the situation with his son's health and if he still has his doctors out here.

I'd like him to stay in Colorado and be goalie coach. And signing an extra year's extension in the offseason had me thinking he wants to stay too.

His oldest son was born without one eye during the Ducks Cup run. He's healthy but they have monitor his eye as he grows so his head grows naturally. I think he wanted to play another year in Colorado, yes but who knows where he wants to settle down once he retires.
I don't know, they were out here at the Children's Hospital of Orange County when he was born. It just depends on where they want their son to get care really.
