canadian saying sweden...of our main competition, the swedes are by far the least offensive. maybe the finns, too. certainly not the us or russia.

WJC? depends entirely on which Wings prospects are on which team and how I feel about them(for example last year it was the Czechs because of Mrazek,this year it will be Canada because of Ouellet)

WC? I don't generally even watch it

As an American I used to cheer for Canada after the USA, because of Brodeur. Most recently it was the USA vs Canada in the olympics so I didn't need to pick a second.

I also rooted for the Czech, and Russian teams during World Championships, and stuff after the USA.

I would assume most of my fellow Sens fans will agree that it has been Sweden for the past while with Alfredsson (and more recently Karlsson, Zibanejad, Silfverberg and Lehner) hailing from there.

Sweden Because of Alfie and now Karlson plus i like pretty much everyplayer on their roster

As a canadian I`m Cheering againts USA and Russia more then anything else honestly ...

As a leaf fan, Sundin is the main reason. I would include salming if I was older since he pretty much began Swedish hockey in the NHL and has that badass scar.

Canadian saying Russia. If Canada has to lose, I feel better if it is Russia that is ultimately successful. I feel awful if it is the US.
