Big time nervous for later, really nervous about my Seahawks. I'm more worried about Alfred Morris than RG3 at the moment.

As someone who doesn't follow the Vikings that closely and had no idea who Webb was, I was shocked they didn't have a veteran backup that was at least a mediocre pocket passer. It's not like their passing game needs help anyways and they should focus all efforts on helping the ground game

Looking rough so far. Rg3 looks like he may not finish the game though if his knee cant hold up

I take that back! The D has come alive!

Good job by Shanahan by keeping an injured RG3 in the game when he has a talented backup healthy and ready.

Seahawks will eventually take advantage and won't look back. Nice job coach.

The seahawks are dominating the redskins since the 2nd qtr. wish the score reflected it though ha. At least lynch got the TD after fumbling on the skins 1yrd line. Go Hawks!

That injury is entirely Shanahan's fault.

Flat out embarrassing.

I hope RGIII is alright. I don't know how anyone can't be a fan of his.

Big relief the Hawks took control after that horrid 1st quarter. Luckily this thing didn't come down to a late Field Goal, Hauschka looked pretty rough. Didn't Jon Ryan kick FG's in his last year with the Bombers?

And yes, gotta feel for Griffin (the highlight of his injury looked really bad... much like the original injury a few weeks back... how was he playing in this game at all?).

I'm worried about next week in Atl. Not that I fear the Falcons per se (though they obviously are a great team with a lot of offensive weapons) but Seattle usually seems to have a rough time playing in those early game times.

Have to say that was a bit of an off weekend as far as entertaining Football. I like close games and it seemed none of the games were really classic back and forth types. Vikes no showed.......Indy were ok but not great.....Once RG3 got injurred (worse) after the 2nd TD that game was 100% Seattle. Houston looked decent and Cinci had a shot in what was really the only close game IMHO

Sweetch - thanks, those GIFs are priceless!

We were able to catch two Vikings games - New Year's Eve eve for the Packers game was unbelievable. It took almost 30 minutes from the time we entered the dome to get to our seats in section 105, and then it turned out we didn't need the seats as we were on our feet the entire game. I was hoarse for three days from all the yelling.

If MVPeterson isn't the MVP this year, I will consider the fix is in. He went right, he went left, he stuffed it up the middle, and came oh so close to Dickerson's record. The Packers were able to contain AP much better in the wild card and were able to focus on him much more than the week before.

However, Ponder is NOT the answer. The Vikings aerial attack is not very effective, and Ponder's decision making weakens it even further. Webb might be the anwer, but he needs more than 3 snaps a season to improve. He certainly adds another dimension to the ground game with his running ability, and his strength in pushing off tacklers and gains after contact bode well.

That would be a surprising result but this is the playoffs. It is now probably a good thing they went into New England and got blown out this season because they should be more prepared the second time around.

vBookie odds are all over the place for this weekend. Texans favorites? Ravens extreme long-shots?

The Ravens had every opportunity to take control of the last meeting with the Broncos. If their offense doesn't continue to trip over themselves and Flacco has a decent game, they're entirely capable of beating the Broncos. IMO it'll come down to time of possession - Manning will try to run the clock and keep the aging Ravens D on the field as long as he can. If they get worn down, Manning can pick them apart. Otherwise, I like their chances.

That was my biggest concern after the blowout win in Foxboro, that it set the Patriots up for a fall in the rubber match. You go back to the 2010 season when they destroyed the Jets, and then came out flat and lost to them in the Divisional round. That's one thing about getting blown out, it shows you exactly what kind of schemes aren't working.

However, I'm confident that as long as the Pats avoid early turnovers (I'm looking at you, Stevan Ridley) and can somewhat limit Foster's effectiveness, they'll be just fine. Schaub is a great passer off the playaction, but once you put him into sure passing situations, he becomes mediocre. If Houston is in a situation where Schaub has to carry them, I'll be pretty confident.

Gronk is playing this time, I'm interested to see how the Texans account for him. And while I would agree that the Pats may have taken the Texans lightly, considering they were humbled by the 9ers the following week I think the Pats know what to expect on Sunday.
