That's fantastic for you.

I've been in contact with Fuss for a long long time about my recent trips. Went to Hawaii from the 27th to the 7th. Worked the 7th 8th and 9th and then went to California from the 10th to the 14th. I made offers last night and have been at work since 930am PST.

If we're talking about realism here... what player in the history of the game has actually accepted their first contract offer from a GM. If Vermette isn't keen on staying in Edmonton that's fine, but I should be given the chance to send a counter offer and over pay for his services.

This better be a ****ing joke.

Kruger, Bickell, Moulson, Vermette, and Lombardi should be the ONLY players who had an offer sent to them. And only ONE offer at that.

To the fools who cannot follow extremely clear and extremely simple instructions, you'll be lucky to be in my league in the next 3 hours. That's all for now.

Some of them are RFA's right?

I haven't done anything (that would require cap space), but Fuss's rule was not to make any UFA offers, wasn't it?

One of the UFA offers was Nashville to Lombardi, which I believe was allowed. The other I saw Fuss's offer to Bickel, which I guessed was aimed at correcting the weird issue where he disappeared last year. There might have been others, but there were plenty of good UFAs without interest yet, so I assumed all the ones who had offers were legit.

If you're getting Bickell because of what happened last offseason, then I should get Campoli, since the same thing happened to me.

Semantics are no excuse. If anyone sent offers to RFA's then they're just as guilt, and as stupid, as sending offers to UFA's

Don't disagree, but then again, I'm not really sure what's going on.

For the record (or whatever):

UFAs with offers:
Lombardi (NSH)
Moulson (NYI)
Bickel (CHI)

RFAs with offers:
M. Kruger (CHI, PHX)
Wellwood (MIN)
Suave (VAN)
Jarvinen (NSH)
Latta (NSH)
Parlett (DET)
Tochkin (VAN)
Cann (DET)

The rules were crystal clear. Looks like there's gonna be a few less Gms in the hunt for UFAs/RFAs next offseason

None as far as I can tell. I was just posting the list for people away from the xbox.

I think that's the case for all the RFAs--except for the second offer on CHI's guy.

I think the only two questions are PHX off on Kruger and NYI's on Moulson--but maybe one or both of those were allowed?

EDIT: Asked and answered. Seems like there were no problems after all, and everyone actually listened, right?

I said you could sign Lombardi. I didn't say feel free to send offers to guys you let slip away.

Rules were very clear.

cannot participate in free agency this offseason (not that you're missing anything) or next offseason.

Made a trade with Chicago for Kruger. Just hasn't been posted yet.

I'm pretty sure this is right. The fact that the team is interested in an RFA doesn't mean they submitted an offer, just that they have a qualifying offer out to them.

I think the RFA Team Interest is indicative of qualifying offers...

Haha rushed home to see this. I wasn't anywhere near my xbox for the last 5 hours when this happened it says we made offers because we did it before July 1st and the player is still thinking it over. I bet all the offers you see the player belongs to that team and he has an offer from his own team that was made before July 1st as is the case for Wellwood.

If the RFA thing is the case then no punishment needed. My apologies.

If its not the case...

im 99.9% sure that isn't possible, EA made it so that the player makes there mind up the same night, not two nights later.

That's true for UFAs. The offers expire on the next advance.

That's not true for RFAs. If you qualify them, your team remains listed under "Teams Interested" until they sign, regardless of whether you submit additional offers.

yeah sorry about that, but seriously though if it's Eric wellwood your talking about then you sent him a qualifying offer I guess so you shouldn't be banned from FA.

To be honest as long as Wellwood does sign my last offer I won't be taking part in free agency this year anyway. Next year who knows.
