I have not watched Archambault play, that is why I asked the question.
We don't all watch the Q ... particularly from Australia. It might be more interesting to me if I still lived in Montreal and caught the highlites from RDS.
I'm still wondering what Archambault's celing is. Was Sergei Kostitsyn a decent estimate?
Do you see Montreal not offering Geoffrion a contract? If I was guessing, I'd say Geoffrion has a couple more years before they give up on him and if he isn't good enough for the NHL then I would think they would offer him an AHL contract. 4 generations, 2 of them Hall-of-Famers has to have some value for a traditional team like us.
Can't say since it's more of a medical concern. If he's good to go next year, then I could see him being back. He has to clear waivers to play in the AHL but that shouldn't be a problem.

I don't know what his ceiling is as he's too inconsistent in the times i've seen him, some nights he looks very skilled but other nights he looks more like Avtsin, spinning wheels and pretty plays that don't lead to much of anything. I wouldn't compare him to SK personally.
Nygren with his 11th goal on the season, that matches his SEL career totals as he had 11 goals in 82 games before the season but this season he got this 11th in his 44th game.

His ceiling is ... let's say, poor man's Oleg Petrov.
To me. it seems that Kristo has brought some consistency in his playing getting points in almost every games...
Anybody noticed his results last WE.
Is Kristo making Corban Knight a better player or is it the reverse?
Kristo had a big season last year as he led his team in assists, 2nd in goals and pts but this year yes he's been more consistent overall while also scoring goals at a higher rate. He's easily going to set career highs in goals and points as he's already near last years highs but in much less time.
Most nights, Kristo is the best player on the ice, he's more flashy then Knight, quicker and more skilled overall imo. They work great together though as they are the top scoring duo in the NCAA this year in terms of career points.
Charles Hudon has a pair of goals and an assist so far. Breaks an 7 game goalless drought and a 5 game pointless drought. His first of the night passed his career high of 25.
Every single shift it seems like he has at least one good scoring chance. At least.
Make it four points. Added another assist. He is just dominating tonight.

Good for him. Seems like he was really struggling for a while there. Glad he could put it back together.
One of the best performances by Hudon I've seen. Finished with 2 goals and 2 assists, but missed in his shootout attempt. He was dangerous every single shift, probably should have at least a few more points. Video:

Watched the Dartmouth game last night, tough night for Walsh who was playing LW on the top line and top PP unit but was on the ice for all 4 goals against. A real tough loss for Dartmouth at home to their rivals at Cornell as they are fighting for home ice in the playoffs but are also once again on the bubble for the Frozen Four tournament. Walsh did seem more involved physically and he had a couple chances as he got a lot of ice time but just wasn't overly impressive for a Senior.

Not sure, as I don't even know if he has to be signed, as I assume the change in the new cba is only going forward which would mean that Pribyl must be signed before this upcoming June. I would like to see him signed and brought over to Hamilton next season to see what he can do.
