Drouin.

Probably would have been more fair if it were "Best QMJHL Draft Prospect (excluding MacKinnon and Drouin)".

Drouin for sure.

Duclair and Erne should be on this list though, both could challenge for top 10-15 overall.

Too easy. Drouin. It gets a little muddier after him though.

I personally think Duclair has the potential to end up on Drouin's level. He was always considered a top tier talent for the draft before he went down with injury early in the season.

He is also a young player for the draft and much like MacKinnon, he is almost an entire year younger than someone like Mantha.

If there's any debate, it's do you take Drouin or MacKinnon. Frankly, I think that Drouin is better. I'll admit that this doesn't appear to be the case all of the time, but everything I've seen of MacKinnon points to him being easily frustrated when things aren't going his way. And then there's always the whole 'Will MacKinnon even report' angle. He's done it once, will he complete the Lindros?

Outside of those two, I'd go with Mantha, but I'm sure that has something to do with having seen much more of Mantha than anyone else on the list. To throw in a bit of a homer pick, I also think that somebody will be smart enough to draft Poirier higher than he's ranked. Every game he gets more dangerous, and I think that's the product of practising with Réway who's already completely ridiculous at 16.

Drouin might be slightly better offensively but Nates all around game is miles ahead. The whole "will he report" won't follow to the nhl. He said way beforehand Rimouski and Halifax were the only teams he'd go to for development reasons.

What a diva.

I still think that he refuses to report if he gets drafted by Columbus. Maybe other teams too...
