Makes the camp pointless when you can cut a guy who outplayed the rest...

Paterson earned the back-up spot, Brossoit should've been the #3 guy.

No kidding. TSN thought he would make it. Hell, even fans of other teams thought that Corrado would make it.

Catenacci cut. Predictable. Thought he had a chance at 4rth line role but he played poorly.

Guess so. Can see why we haven't won this thing since 2009. I'm guessing other countries actually bring their best players.

I'll just quote this again so it's on this page. If Dumba makes it, who wants to bet that this happened for the final roster too... Pathetic.

Here's hoping Corrado comes back to Sudbury a very angry and fired up person instead of a depressed and dejected one. Regardless, I couldn't be happier with Corrado's play and look forward to seeing him on the Canucks in the very near future.

Ah, difference of opinion there but I'm assuming you've seen more of the camp than I. Agreed with your last post about TSN making HC look stupid though.

Not sure what "calls were made" mean...all I know is that's for me, 2 head-scratching cuts and 1 predictable one. One fairly questionable one in Mark McNeill, he didn't look bad. Others played a bit better than him though.

Paterson didn't allow a single goal through camp, he'll be contending for Subban's spot come Boxing day.

In all this anger, we have to look at the bright side here, Corrado, who is a 5th round pick, went to a camp full of Top-10 picks and was arguably one of the best defensemen in the camp. I can't wait for next season to see if he can crack the Canucks roster, wouldn't be surprised if he's a Top-2 guy in Chicago next season.

It's still ******** if he got cut in favour of Dumba when Dumba can still come back next year. This was Corrado's last chance and he outplayed Dumba.

Yeah, I'll still be cheering for Canada, but letting Corrado go was a horrible move. I really believe in Corrado for the future though. Without question our best defensive prospect, I'd say.

Mark McNeill gone, another shocker.

Thought he was our 4th line center for sure.

Yeah, I thought he would have been solid there. I think Lipon may have played himself on though.

Hopefully Corrado gets moved to a contender - just not the Rangers (**** Spott )

I wonder if certain clubs promising not to recall players has anything to do with it.
