Most likely to be a bust from 2012 draft

Before everyone says it is too early to tell who will be better than who, and who will be a bust, just vote for who you think is going to be the least successful or just be a bust. Now, don't necessarily pick the last pick taken every time just because they were picked last or they are the pick from the team you hate the most or you just dislike the player. Choose honestly please.

the first poll will be the most likely to be a bust from the top 5

I don't believe any of the top 5 will be busts, will some might be surpassed by others? Yes, but all are pretty good prospects, and all will play in the NHL.

I don't know why but just feel like it would be Reinhart.

I guess it depends on what your definition of Bust is. Guys like Reinhart and Murray to me seem like if they don't fulfill potential they still might end up decent 2nd pairing guys or good bottom pairing defensemen. On the flip side the other 3 guys if they don't live up to potential it's more likely they become completely useless.

Now if a bust is least likely to live up to potential I might say Reinhart, but if it's most likely to have a useless NHL career i would go with one of the other 3 guys

For me, Reinhart and Murray are less likely to be busts given their styles. If one wants to say they were drafted too high, an argument can be made for this. High skilled guys like Daigle, or perhaps Kyle Turris are more likely to be more bust worthy.

All of those guys will at least have some role in the NHL, Dumba isn't listed but he'll be a bust.

I dont understand how Reinhart or Murray would be busts. At very least they will be 2nd pairing defensemen which is not a bust.

Rielly for me. Has a lot of potential but might not make it work in the NHL.

This exactly. Reinhart is such a boom-bust prospect. Could be the best player from this draft, but might never see NHL time either.

I see him more of a boom-average prospect. He's going to be an NHL regular, but in what capacity? With his defensive prowess and mobility he can be a bottom pairing defensive defenseman in the NHL right now! He plays under a defensive-minded system in Edmonton with little to no PP time and is going to be used in a shutdown role at the WJC. I think if he is put in a more offensive role in a more balanced system I think he will produce more hence why I think he has untapped offensive potential. He's got a bomb of a shot too.

Reinhart because of the Islanders broken development system.

I think they'll all be decent NHLers at the very least. I guess I'd go with Reinhart as the most likely not to be a star/not to live up to the standard expectations of a top 5 pick.

While I don't envision any of them to flat out bust, I'd project Reinhart most likely to be a middle level player...not that I think he'll be mediocre. The busts will start after the top 6 imho.

Couldn't disagree more.
I see Reinhart along with Murray as the safest players in the draft. Very steady player who quite simply makes the right play in an unspectacular fashion. I honestly don't see the boom potential in Reinhart that some others do. He's the definition of a very solid defenseman who plays low risk, mistake free hockey.

Rielly has the biggest bust potential of the top 5 but he also has high boom potential.
Galchenyuk also although i feel that he could very well turn out to be the best player of the draft even better than Yakupov if he reaches his potential.
It's too bad that he was injured last year because i really wanted the Oilers to consider him even at 1.
