Probably Watson, but it's probably pretty close. Although McNeill is having a better season in the CHL at this point than Watson did last year.

If by "at this point" you mean by December of last year, then yes that's true, but once Watson got traded to the Knights he became one of the best players in the CHL (as evidenced by his OHL playoff MVP and Memorial cup All-star team honours). He was like an OHL version of Ryan Callahan mixed with Patrice Bergeron; just blocked every shot that came near him and was an equal threat offensively and defensively.
