It actually angers me how unfunny, insufferable and completely non-spontaneous-feeling this programme is now. I hate everything it has become.

Season 18 was so mediocre.

Season 19 started out with so much win.

Great way to start the season.

Also, I spent the entire "offseason" re-watching from the first episode of Season 1 on through the blah of Season 18. I always think it's amazing how much better of a presenter May is than Dawe. Season 1 was so meh.

my problem with the first show is that they already did the funny small car thing and did it a lot better

I loved seeing Jezza's car. I do wonder, though, how much say he had in creating it. I wish they showed the build -- it would've made the episode a lot better.

And it is still better than 99% of what is on television.

They can be as scripted as they want, it is still great TV.

The episode was good, not great. The Pagani film would have been better if Clarkson did the review. The news was flat. The Bentley rally was awesome. The SIARPC was top 5 in the history of the show. The P45 segment was funny but dragged.

I'd give it a 6 out of 10.

It's comforting to know that when I'm 50 I'll still be able to make myself laugh by drawing a penis.

19.2 is one of the best episodes I have seen in a while. So much fun. Great episode. I love all the America trips and this one was no different.

Yeah, that was the best part of the two episodes so far. I'm not really a big car guy so I like the show more for the trips, specials, competitions and other amusing parts of the show. I find it a lot more entertaining when they are on the road together, they seem a lot more natural and genuinely funny with each other. When they are in the building with the audience you can tell it's very scripted.

I still always enjoy The News. This episode's News was some of the funnier of the last couple of seasons, too. Just an all-around great episode. I actually watched the guest lap when I usually skip it!

that is who he is. A few months ago he stayed at one of my buddy;s hotel and my buddy has only worked in five star posh hotels and has always delt with the top dogs and he said by far Jezza was the biggest tosser he had ever met. Tipped well after a few drinks, but acted like a old git to most people around

The international eps are the best

Can't watch the non-international ones

The newest episode was a really fun episode. Definitely a different way to do an episode, but really fun.

Just watched the "Elderly Car" segment on the newest episode on BBC Canada. Possibly the funniest ever in my opinion. This series never lets me down.

You need to watch the two latest. It's a two-episode adventure.

Yeah, their quest to find the source of the Nile is pretty great.

Season 19 is done just like that, but I must say that was one of the best seasons in a VERY long time.

Honestly, other than the African special (which was awesome, as all the specials are) I wasn't all that impressed with this season. TopGear has seen better days for sure.
