I don't think I've ever gone a full ten minutes at softball without referencing that episode. I wouldn't even blame my teammates if one of them punches me in the face the next time I say "it's called playing the percentages, it's what smart managers do to win ball games."
No, but the season starts in a month and I can use some fresh material.
As far as sideburns, we play on Sunday mornings so it is pretty common for players to show up clearly having not shaved since Friday. I yell "Mattingly, I thought I told you to shave those sideburns," every single time.
