Depends on the mood of the mods. And if we're getting too OT. We're actually discussing real life problems, and helping each other, so I like our chances

Have made the decision that college can **** off (at least temporarily). Begin training for a management position at Pizza Hut this weekend.

The OT threads end once the season starts. I'm not sure if that's how it will be this year, but in the years past, that's how the mods did it.

I think they're only doing ultrasounds and x-rays to check. It's insufficient but apparently good enough in some case.

Does anyone here look like a Landeskog? If not, it's not worth it to show my face.

Alright, I had a gastroskopi (??? dont know the term in english), which is a tube with a camera that is stuck down your throat into your stomac. Things might have changed now though, this was about 15 years ago. If so, go science! That was one of the worst things ive ever had done to me haha.

Anyways, signs of ulcers can be: Burning sensation after eating, constant feeling of hunger, waking up at night with stomac pain. Strong food/coffee might make it worse.

If you thing you've got one id check it out, if it turns into a bleeding ulcer it can be a pain in the ass to cure.

Stomac pain and acid reflux. Plus i drank heavily at the time, and that can be a cause for ulcers

Ya, getting it checked out. Hopefully it's just a normal ulcer and some meds will clean up the acidic levels and let it heal. I've been on a really bad lifestyle lately (6 months or so) and not only am I sleeping at all the wrong times (4-6AM) but I'm also eating 2 large meals a day or going 15-17 hours without eating and drinking very little water etc.

Whatever it is, I'll just wait it out until I get the tests done and maybe even more follow up tests and then get the meds and follow through with whatever else there is to keep with to get rid of the ulcers.

I think they still stick a tube down your throat nowadays

Yeah its probably a good idea. Might not be an ulcer at all, just upset ph balance or whatever due to food/lack of sleep etc. Stress is bad also. i guess thats what was my problem, all i ended up doing was starting to drink more milk, eating yoghurt and drinking less alcohol. Sorted itself out and since then ive not had any problems, even with drinking lots hehe.

Lucky break if they stopped with the tubes haha

I have some bad acid reflux. I notice sweets like cookies, and even cereal dry makes it particularly bad. A glass of milk or two is just as good as Tums for me though. It at least takes it away for a little while. A couple hours at least.
