RiFF RAFF's ode to Canada. Probably his best song to date. RiFF is doing it big this year:

Can anyone help me out here? I need the name of a song, and the description I'm going to provide here is very vague. It's definitely a new song from the sounds of it. I don't know how to explain it, but it has a hip-hop / indie pop type sound to it (if that makes any sense). A guy raps the lyrics and a female sing a catchy refrain. I heard it at the Buckle store yesterday and didn't have my phone with me so I couldn't text myself the lyrics, which is what I usually do.

Anyways, I believe the refrain goes something like "blood pumping (pumping could be replaced with running or flowing) through my veins, _____ pumping through my heart". I heard this line quite a few times by the female singer.

I'm great at sniffing out artists and songs with only a few words out of the lyrics, but I'm having a very hard time finding this.

Any ideas?

Nothing comes to mind immediately. But If I had to guess, based on your description, it could be something by Flo Rida or Pitbull.

Definitely not Flo Rida or Pitbull.

Definitely not her either. I know Flo Rida, Pitbull, and Nelly Furtado's voices. This was more of a freeflow style rap that had a poppy sound chorus. It was so catchy.

God dammit, I'm probably never going to hear it again. .

I'm sorry for taking a while to respond, but no, he didn't. I might call up Buckle and ask them if they have any way of finding the music that plays in their store on a playlist or something. I'm too embarrassed to go in and ask them face to face haha.

Please stop threading my hip-hop threads with Riff Raff and such trash. This is a hip-hop thread, not garbage bubble gam rap thread.

Love this track. Perfect if you just broke up with a cheating *****.

lmfaooo "your" hip-hop thread. you need to take it easy there bud you can go listen to your emotional rap music and ill listen to riff raff. pro tip: eminem is not the best rapper of all time. frankly id place many of artists above him. thats the problem with you, that you create a divide between "rap" and "hip-hop". They're the same **** Most popular "hip-hop" artists would smack the **** out of you if you went to brag to them how you listen to their music because its "real hiphop" and not "rap".
-----

anyways, on a lighter note, riff raff is ****ing hilarious and if you cant see that then i dunno man

Go take a look at who started the first Official Hip-Hop Thread. Maybe it doesn't make it mine, maybe it does. I guess it doesn't matter at this point. The fact that you don't know the difference between Hip-Hop and Rap is embarrassing on your part. Learn the culture or keep your mouth closed. Take it from Blastmaster KRS-One.

And lol at ME creating this line. The lines been there for years. You need to get your head of the sand and turn off this garbage bubblegum rap. Riff Raff is not funny, he's a clown and disgrace to the culture. But hey, to each his own. Have fun with that.
