This. Gonna be a fun year at mile one, now I just have to get my Meech name plate taken off. Anyone know if number 7 will have a new owner?

On a side note my prediction is that Lipon quickly becomes a fan favorite in St John's as well. I talked to a guy connected with Kamloops and he said Lipon is unbelievably determined and competitive kid.
Lowry was a bright spot in St.John's last year,in the brief time he was here, brought energy to a team that was lifeless, loved the energy Lowry brought, the kid hit everything that moved in the limited games he played

If it's a fat one then why make it two-way?

Question for any IceCaps fans - how expensive are the replica jerseys at the rink? I'm interested in getting a customized IceCaps jersey, but on the AHL store they're ridiculously expensive.

http://www.ahlstore.com/teams/st-joh...ay-jersey.html

$190, which is even more expensive than a customized replica NHL jersey. I'm a season ticket holder for the Albany Devils, and a customized jersey at the rink only costs $140-150. But the AHL store is selling Devils jerseys for $190 as well.

Does anyone know of anywhere else online to get an IceCaps jersey for cheaper than the AHL store? The IceCaps website claims to be building an online store, but since they've existed for 2 years now and the store isn't up, who knows how long it'll be. There also don't seem to be many on eBay. Thanks in advance!

this team has to be more competitive then last year, (firm believer without the lock out the caps make the playoffs). Roster looks good, only questions are who comes down (Halischuck/Gordan/Pardy)

Also who our tendys will be

October 4th. Mile One should be PACKED

I think the Jets stepped up this year in Free Agency for the Ice Caps, so there is not a repeat of last year.

Free Agents
1) Gordon $ $350 k in the Ahl
2)Halischuk $ 250 k In the Ahl
3)Samsone $200 k in the AHL
4) Jaffrey Big $ cake on AHL contract

5) Redmond
6) odell.......................both prob start season on the Rock unless there are injuries on Parent Team

Rookies

7) Lowry
8) Lipon
9) Kichon
10) Brassard

Care to sketch out potential lines going by the assumptions of who's up and who's down in the article (although I can't see Halischuk being there. The preds fans loved him and called him Hustlechuk). I know anything would be preliminary but I'm really curious about potential combos and roles.

Gagnon, Gregoire and Ramsey off to Europe. Gonna be a different team. Not that that is a bad thing. Ramsey will be missed though

Jaffray-Mouillierat-Sawada

Samson-O'dell-Saponari

Telegin-Lowry-Brassard

Klingberg-Cormier-King?Touissant?

Melchiori-Pardy/Postma?
Chairot-?
O'Neill-Sol

Pasquale
Hutchinson
Olkinuora

This is my best GUESS. Jets have 9 d on the main roster. Something's gotta give up there. Personally I believe Pardy is coming down. Other then that forward wise weve got a lot of talent. I wouldn't mind Klingberg being traded for a D, this guy needs something to get the game going. With D In mind could we possible end up with Zach Yuen?

No clue how to number them, but O'Dell should be on line 1.
