Really, you have RNH and a 3rd player with you on a 3on1 and you shoot? Murphy is a moron.
Subban is on point so far though impressive.

Strome is an incredible player. Nothing needs to be said about RNH

Murphy is brutal, kid can barely stand up without falling over right now.

I've seen the US kick face-offs back twice now. I thought that it wasn't allowed in the WJCS?
Dougie Hamilton is a big 'meh' this tourney.

There was also a huge missed assignment on the defensemen who was supposed to cut Ritchie off from being able to circle behind the net. He was given time and space, and Seth Jones poor coverage allow for that Strome goal there. Seeing that defensemen move away from Ritchie, causing a following player to grab the impossible assignment put a huge smile on my face. One of those 'inevitable goal feeling' moments.

What a save by the US goalie! Holy crap! Robs RNH from another point.

Yup, I think it was Rielly with him, which is supposed to be their top pair and they've been poor all game so far. As I type this another terrible giveaway by Seth Jones and almost another goal.

That's the definition of an IIHF phantom call.

When it comes down to it, without bias here, if you see RNH with a chance, you give it to him. Take the assist. It's as simple as that.
Murphy barely does anything right.

Except for the Murph. Gibson stopped him pretty definitively.

Hopefully he continues it in the 2nd and 3rd.
Just don't let Galchenyuk score.

First time seeing Nuge in the tournament and he looks great. That goal was dare i say... Sakicesque and he should have had an assist if Schiefele finished that gift.
He looked really fast out there.
Seth Jones is really struggling defensively, seems a bit raw in that end but you can see the tools he has offensively.
MacKinnon was invisible, hardly saw him out there at all.
Subban was a stud, i hope that people get off his back a bit.
